Group Fitness


Our class schedule is constructed as a stand alone weekly training program that has been proven to generate results. Take advantage of our 12 week class packages or supplement your current training with our specially designed group fitness classes.

BOXING: Knockout the fat and improve your fitness in our 60 min high intensity boxing class. Our boxing classes stay true to form with authentic boxing combos and techniques utilised by the pro’s. No star jumps, or running in our boxing classes, instead slip, weave and punch yourself to a stronger and healthier you. 

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING: Master your 8 weapons of muay thai strikes whilst melting fat, improving fitness and improve your muscular definition in our fun filled, high intensity kickboxing class. If you’re looking for a bit more of a push than boxing, this is the total body workout you’ve been looking for.

GET RIPPED: Our Rip 60 classes are designed to provide a well-rounded, total body workout as it incorporates flexibility, strength, stability and balance. This 45 mins cross training style class will challenge your core strength, packing on muscle and melting fat.
